Google has began pushing out its third core update of the year, the November 2024 core update. This update began rolling out on November 11, 2024, about 3:30 p.m (US time), and will take approximately two weeks to finish. This appears to be a regular core update, with no new information about what changed or improved
We knew this update was coming, and it finally came. Google also warned us not to expect HCU affected sites to recover from this update.
So far, we’ve seen some people indicate that their rankings have dropped even more. However, the vast majority of respondents report they have not seen any movement as of the time this blog post has been published. Of course, we’ll continue to monitor the talk to see how our clients have been affected. Furthermore, most volatility tracking systems indicate normal volatility, implying that this has not yet taken effect.
